Y’all. Remember how a few weeks ago I was singing the praises of Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream?
Run, do not walk to get some. Admittedly, it is just vaseline and aspirin and it does smell like behind. It smells so bad and looks so weird, the first time I used it I thought I got a rancid tube. Anyways. Today I went out for my walk/hike/run thing and came back and did dishes. The combination of cold and subsequent wet gave me a big crack on my one of my knuckles and another on my “thumb knuckle.” I dabbed some 8 Hour Cream on that, mainly because it is like topical aspirin, and low and behold, no crack now, only three hours later.
Another worthy investment? Cherry Carmex in the tube. I was gone for 90 minutes today, and I did not need to reapply it once. LOVE. And you know me, I am a lot like this person. Now I want the strawberry tube.
Mots-clefs : carmex addiction, good times

Where can I buy the hand cream? I suffer from cracked fingertips every winter. I could really use something like that.

TBF, you can get this at Douglas or Marionnaud, Import Parfumerie or any upscale pharmacy here. I don’t know about Basel, but a lot of the pharmacies here are having 20 percent off sales for the holidays, and you can get a small tube for 20 CHF (normal price 30). I usually get mine at Import Parfumerie with my coop card, or Marionnaud so I can get points. In fact, I got a tube on sale at Import Parfumerie recently.

Is it only sold in E Arden stores? Man I bet I can’t get any here in Amman. My hands look like those of a 90 year old, except my 90 yr old grandmother has perfectly manicured, gorgeous hands. She is the exception. I am the oddity. I need to cure my hands.
